Agreed. I have it as well but believe Bungie is lying. I don't trust them. I think the entire Xur "control" debacle is a joke. They CAN and DO control Xur. Somebody at Bungie has decided they want longer play times and want more players spending time chasing after the Gally. They want us stuck fighting bosses for longer and that's why Gally is being NERFed. It was too easy to nuke bosses and burn them faster. And they didn't and don't want Xur to sell it .....yet.
