Gallys almost useless as is in 35 Poe skolas specifically one captain eats like 3 rockets. I'm not complaining these are obviously people that run the same three guns in their load out that's have a problem with the nerf. Only beef I have is with ice breaker and black hammer I didn't think those were an issue.

At first i was surprised to read about IB and BH getting a nerf, but from the sounds of it, it wont make too much of difference. I guess they did it because those were the only two snipers being used in PvE. And I can guarantee that one of the hidden agenda's of Bungie big patch was to increase playtime. Which why the three big boss killers (ghorn, IB, and BH) were nerfed, to keep us shooting at boss's
