  • Sorry but yea it did. PvE is too easy with the current guns used most often ie gally, black hammer and ice breaker. Sorry but maybe now the end game will be challenging like it used to be. Get over it

  • When the solution to any encounter is to gally nuke then you have a problem. When people require gally to get into a group it's a problem. The reduced damage to WP rounds is a number that we don't know yet. He said it's still going to be powerful but as it is now its way to powerful. Sorry but I'm glad the slight damage nerf is coming. Make people realize how many awesome guns there are to use. Gets old using the same old crap all the time.

  • Like what awesome guns? That's the thing if there were any cool weapons to use out there it would be a different story. But there are not. Because they are not creative enough to do so. That's what happens when you mix a PvE game with PvP

  • We use different guns and set rules in what we can do to keep it fresh. We also grew up when you needed to have a imagination so there's that. Try it sometime man it's fun

  • Actually they do. Gjallerhorn did make it very easy.. Three people with Ghorn could melt any boss in a few minutes. Actually just two destroy any boss in minutes. Plus one shot takes out any major. Black hammer melts any tank or full view crit spot boss in a few minutes. Most likely still will. Explain to me how this doesn't make PVE easier?

  • Yup. Did hard VoG the other day. 6 gallys and Templar went down in 2 bursts and Atheon went down in 1. A raid boss shouldn't last 30 seconds

    Go run the nightfall and let me know how that works out... Unflinching effects staggering not walking away from ongoing damage. I was still controlling the nexus's position during this weeks nightfall with solar and lighting grenades.

  • Of course things still move. But they will run straight into an aoe field to hurt you during Angry where they wouldn't otherwise. You have to kite them yes but if you do that properly anything that does aoe is much more valuable during Angry

  • Except every boss walks away from ongoing damage. Yes you can trap them with multiple shots but that's different than shooting once with tracking and watch as you deal every bit of possible extra damage.

  • Alot more than this simple nerf will be needed to make things challenging. The problem I have with destiny is that when things are supposed to be a challenge, they just get incredibly tedious.
