So basically shadow price out dps monte carlo , necrochasm, hardlight. Does it need to be nerfed too? Spare change has a higher dps than bad juju and same dps as red death. Does it need to be nerfed?

I'm pretty sure we both read the same article. Bungie says it kills a boss faster than Ice Breaker. Ice Breaker is the ultimate sniper and now it will never be surpassed. Blackhammer users were spoiled by not having any wait time
