It makes sense. Now Icebreaker can be hailed as the king of snipers once again.

Icebreaker got nerfed too, the added more ammo regen time to the already painfully long wait

I know, but it still works well. My strategy of firing off six rounds, switching to my scout rifle to fire some shots, then switching back to Icebreaker will still work roughly as planned.

Not really. Its taking 8 seconds now instead of 5 to regen ammo.

And? That's only twelve additional seconds, and if you're constantly worrying about Icebreaker's charge time, you're using it wrong.
