Nah man the gun tuning is absolutely unnecessary, they are taking exclusive perks from weapons that make them unique to the game. Special perks on certain weapons are what makes that weapon special, take those perks away and you'll have another random vender type legendary. It's ridiculous and I do agree with these changes at all.
