The hard light ricochet rounds don't have damage drop off (I guess bungie figures that any damage done with a ricocheting bullet deserves to be full damage)

they don't even ricochet properly though.

Hmm okay. Weird wording on their part. still. I think it not suffering damage drop off at all would have been a better buff.
