I agree with everything but ice breaker. Pretty sure almost no one uses it in pvp. So it recharged ammo? Ok cool. 1 bullet every 5 seconds, and why waste an exotic slot on it. My main gripe with the nerf for it is just that it was unnecessary.

Do they want these strikes to last longer? b/c that is all they are doing. Yes i can beat Devil's Lair in under 8 minutes. Does that mean it's going to now take 10 minutes? Lengthening these engagements in pve does NOBODY a favor. My opinion on the rest are pending testing.
