Black hammer used to give your 3 rounds right back if you landed precision hits in a row but now they take it from your reserve ammo. So no more endless ammo

They're nerfing things that don't need to be nerfed it's absolutely absurd. I have a feeling they'll pull a 180 on half these concepts soon because they're ridiculous
