It's being nerfed because everyone used/wanted it and every other legendary sniper was basically obsolete. Personally once this update drops, black hammer is all but useless, so I will happily start balancing bungie's stats. I wish it didn't feel like most of this update will appear to make all of PvE even more tedious.
