No it wasn't. It can't 2 shot you anymore and it's DoT is going to be 1/3 of what it was

you can still 2 shot with final round glitch and the damage stacks so you can have overall more dot damage.

I doubt they will put the new patch in without taking care of the final round glitch. And since it stacks, this means that people can't 2 shot you and run away. Someone will actually need to get 3 headshots on you to kill you, since the DoT will be 1/3 of what it is now. 2 headshots will take you to very low health, but not kill you.
