1) You get met with ninja justice when you write something so blatantly ignorant that everyone who reads it, reports it.
2) You and everyone else going on about this obviously have no idea what naming and shaming is.
3) If you feel ninja justice makes you look like you admit guilt, don't be guilty to start.

Edited by Athenacas: 7/16/2015 9:47:33 PMThen what is "naming and shaming" if it is not naming someone who has done something wrong? I'm not someone who disagrees with the policy. I, however, think Forum Ninjas need to change the comment they use because right now it looks very similar to a poster saying so and so is a cheater. In fact, it looks worse because they make it look like the poster is writing this.

What are you talking about? When your post gets ninja'd you have done something wrong and no one is naming you, you named yourself when you posted the stupid comment. That's completely different than going onto a forum and accusing someone.

Edited by Athenacas: 7/16/2015 10:31:27 PMI disagree. You don't name yourself. Not everyone sees your original comment, but the fact that you violated the CoC will always be there. The Ninjas name and shame. They make it look like you're naming yourself with how the comment is written. Wouldn't it be more effective to write "REMOVED" then to openly embarrass someone? The only difference between the ninjas and an accusing poster is the ninjas preserve anonymity. Would you agree that it is "name and shame" if Bungie specifically listed all the players who violated the CoC?

Edited by Athenacas: 7/16/2015 10:36:58 PMThis is a legitimate discussion, and I'm providing feedback. Don't reduce yourself to personal attacks. We don't need anymore Bungie apologists...
