Elder cipher glitch
So on my first skolas that i did i got 2 elder ciphers. ( i dont know why but im just so very lucky got a gjallahorn from the nightfall earlier that week.) i went to variks and there before me i had 3 choices. For my first one, i thought, ill get lord of wolves! *chooses lord of wolves. And for m- wait. Where are the choices? I check my cipher and they both say,"Aquire the queens cipher from the queens chest in an arena challenge. Im like
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
WHERES MY SECOND CHOICE BUNGIE D;
Can someone tell me how to fix this if its fixable? Thanks

3 RepliesYou get one weapon only if you get a duplicate cipher. In fact if you look on the help page they tell you that if you have a glitched cipher or a duplicate that you can safely delete them both and then Variks will give you the chance to reclaim one. Either way they are very clear that 2 ciphers on a character will NOT give you two weapons. The second cipher is a duplicate and they count as a single cipher as far as the game is concerned.

U can't fix it u need to do the whole bounty and keep both to get one gun in the end have fun with that.

It's a bounty.. You have to do things. You will only get one weapon too.. Getting 2 ciphers is a glitch

It's not and don't delete the second or they're both gone I'm surprised you've not heard of this

Thats a glitch and as a suggestion when you do lvl 34 or 35 have room in your bounties section. If you had gotten that double elder cipher glitch and only had one slot available you would have been mad because you wouldnt be able to claim the bounty from Variks at all. Double drop is a glitch that still hasnt been fixed, it will only reward you one weapon in the end

1 ReplyAt the start, you don't actually choose the rewards. It's like one of the HoW missions where you go to Petra and it says all the rewards at the bottom. If you look, you can continue the elder cipher without even clicking on a gun. You choose the weapon at the end
