Apparently, there is no weapon pack. It was just poor wording on Bungie's part, and it was removed from the product description.

On the PSN store it still says gain early access to weapon pack.

Weird. Is this for The Taken King itself, or one of the legendary+ editions? I'm investigating this myself, so pardon me if my previous statement was false.
