Sorry but based on your opinion, YOU DO NOT DESERVE my help in a raid, mission, or any PvP match. You are segregating based on gear, which is as bad as being a sexist or racist. There for, you can have your opinion, but it will cost you a great PvE player, who can run any mission, strike, raid, prison of elders rank mission, and even gets to rank 5 of iron banner.
In short, due to your opinion, you are destined to work with idiots and horrible players, and you deserve nothing but that. Good luck in your other ventures, and have a nice day.
