I'm sure he's a good guy...but its not really about him.
Bungie knew no one respects Deej cause he doesn't really play.
My guess, they added Cozmo to legitimize the community manager job.
Nothing will change. The culture at Bungie hasn't changed.
Expect more of the same. Zero appreciation of their current player base, price gouging, unbalanced PVP (Thorn/shotguns), weekly updates that simply advertise TTK (instead of dealing with current issues) and overall under delivering on promises made.

Because the CMs are totally the ones who make the prices and balance the weapons, and definitely not, you know, the game developers and stuff. The weekly updates are fine dude. C'mon, be cool.

No, the CM's are the pillow the community can go to to scream into, or the punching bag you can take your anger out on. Their job is to take the shit, filter out the shit that is slightly less shit, and pass it on to Bungie.

To you I say, suck it. If anyone were to know the faults of this game, its someone that has spent a significant time playing it. My time spent doesn't lessen my grievances, it only soldifies it more.

All he does is he gets a message "were buffing AR's" so he tells us thats all. I'm sure he knows AR'S are useless but he can't do anything about it he's not a dev.

I'm not saying blame Deej. I'm saying no one respected him and that the problems are still there. They decided that they needed someone more "legitimate" to tow the company line and that's where Cozmo comes in. The part you quoted is my way of saying 'nothing changes just cause you have a new mouthpiece'. So I think we have a similar way of thinking on this...

It's getting fixed I have friends that work for bungie man I know it's getting fixed I just don't know when we'll get the fix. I can tell you for sure nechrochasm is going to be a monster after the patch.

...and see, that's the thing right there, you have already communicated more info about updates affecting the current game than we have heard from Bungie in weeks! I think it's hard to blame the community and its frustrations when nothing is said other than 'our players mean a lot to us'. That comes off as patronizing when only vaguely commenting on specific problems.

Yeah I understand it's just there's so many limitations to what can be said. Especially in my case where I have a friend In the buisiness. They know what needs fixing and t he y are always actively working on it it's just hard because there is so much to be done you know?
