How is that not a bug??? The exact number of targets, required by the bounty, are at the location the bounty tells you to go, for every other wanted bounty except this one.

No it isn't. You kill 3 twisted fangs and it doesn't show a number for them. Same thing for the dregs on the moon.

1) It's twisted claws, not twisted fangs 2) and you do need to kill all 3 to complete the bounty, same thing with the dregs in the Hall of Whispers on the moon. I've done every wanted bounty to date, on all 3 of my characters since HoW came out, and this is the first bounty so far where the number of targets at the location doesn't match the requirements of the bounty.

It doesn't matter what the name is. There aren't numbers for any of the multiple target bounties. It shows you need to do it 3 times. I have no idea why you are bitching about it.

Clearly, you have very little experience, if any, at completing the wanted bounties because they all show a number of targets that you need to kill. The number you need to kill ranges from 1-3 but it is always there. Further, the language used in the description of the bounty lets you know if there is just 1 target or multiple targets. For instance, the name of twisted claws bounty is "Wanted: Twisted Claws" and it's description is "Hunt the Twisted Claws in The World's Grave on the Moon." Note the plurality in both the name and the description, indicating that you need to kill more than one and indeed if you open your inventory and look at the bounty it says you need to kill 3 twisted claws to complete. However, in the bounty Ether Runner bounty the name is "Wanted: Ether Runner" and the description is "Hunt the Wanted Ether Runner near the Endless Steps on Venus." Note the Ether Runner is singular in both instances and looking at the bounty in your inventory, you'll see you need to kill 1 ether runner to complete. Further, the silent fang bounty is "Wanted: Silent Fang" and the description says "Hunt the Silent Fang in the Cosmodrome's Grottos." That's, hunt the silent fang, not the silent fangs...and yet the bounty tells you to kill 3 of them. Hence, this is a bug.

It doesn't state the number when doing those bounties. So by default it is one time. This one shows 3 for 1 target so you need to do it 3 times. I don't know why this is so hard for you to understand.

( yes I know this post is old, but I was looking for anything with info to the bounty and this is what I found)

You have no idea what you are talking about and you're proving it more and more every time you make a post. This bounty is nothing like the blades of crota. Before HoW came out, the blades of crota bounty could be completed without ever having going to orbit because the blades spawned at regular intervals in all public areas on both the Moon and Earth. The wanted bounties, that aren't pack of wolves events, are literally exactly the opposite. They are all in non-public areas, the targets don't respawn (unless you go to orbit and come back) and up until now the number of targets required by the bounty was exactly the number of found targets at the location. Since I've already proved my point two posts ago, there's really nothing more to say.

It does show in the bounty 0 out 3 killed, 1 out of 3 killed and so on so yes it does say that. I think you need to play more kid you must be new to Destiny

You just proved the guy wrong and said the same thing I did. Those other bounties with multi targets do not say 0/3 or however many there are.

Killing the wolf scavengers in the halls of wisdom requires you to kill all 3 to get the bounty and says 0/3, 1/3, etc. as you kill the scavengers. The only time it doesn't give you a progress indicator (i.e. 0/3) is when there is only one target. However, the wording of this bounty and the fact that it is the only one out of all the queen's bounties that requires a restart of the patrol is evidence enough that it is a mistake that has yet to be fixed by bungie.

The wording of the bounties has never lied before, if there were multiple targets the bounty said so. Why is it so unfathomable to you that bungie made a mistake with this one??? Have you played destiny??? It's riddled with glitches, cheeses and inconsistencies!! The silent fang bounty IS AN OVERSIGHT. A MISTAKE. AND A PAIN IN THE ASS. Enough said.

The wording does not show that there is only one, "Silent Fang" is the name of the group that the enemies that you must kill, it would not be appropriate to say kill the silent fangs.

I'm not sure what you are talking about cuz I have only killed one of them and I am looking at my bounty as I type and it says 1/3 meaning I have only killed one out of 3 soooooooo I'm not sure how I proved him wrong when you are the one claiming it does not show how many you have killed?
