Just... No. You want customization? [i]Get unique gear[/i]. Weapons are already colored/designed to stand out from their counterparts, as are ships. [i]All the Vault guns are Gold. All the Crota guns are covered in scales and spikes. All the PoE guns are bright blue with Fallen shells. All the Trials guns are Vibrant Yellow.[/i] There's already a very intentional, [i]unique[/i] artistic distinction between every gear set in the game. Every faction, every raid, Crucible vs Vanguard, etc.. There's literally HUNDREDS of unique weapons to chose from; what more do you want? :P
