No, that is completely exemplifying elitism, that you choose to exclude a subculture simply because it's not relatable to you, is not liked by you, and doesn't perpetuate the same things that you (oh humble music god) decided were part of a genre. Montana of 300 is actually pretty good as far as rapping goes.
