I used to only use salvation state only on pve because it had a perk where Precision kills cause enemy's to explode

Try to get perfect stability on it with auto fire, I can guarantee you that it's a weapon you'll love. I always use it in the crucible and it's amazing to get some quick kills with just 4 quick headshots. I even got my first flawless with it.

Ah you mean the NL shadow. It's a decent rifle with higher firerate and higher magsize, but it may need 5 headshots to kill someone and it might not get perfect stability. You're welcome.
