The lord of wolves isn't that great besides the rally perk on it. You'd think a shotgun wouldn't take 2 volleys to down another guardian

You obviously don't use the lord of Wolves right. One burst from a better range than party crasher/matador, ridiculous amount of ammo and has good enough fire rate to whipe out a spawn in seconds.
