Hello,
Are you able to load up the Sword of Crota level, and look for the chest near the Hellmouth on those rocks?
If that doesn't work, the best thing you could do is locate each chest on a separate character.

I just tried to get them across all characters, but they aren't there.

Thanks for the quick reply! I just loaded up the Sword of Crota level, and the chest near the Hellmouth isn't there. If I need to get the chests on different characters, my UI should show that I got all 5, not 1 on one character and 4 on another. The Year 1 Triumphs will only reflect how many total chests that were found, not which character found which chest. I won't be able to complete the golden chest year 1 objective because of that.

Actually the golden chest is per character not per account. So you can have 4 chests on one character and 1 on another and it still not count as the total 5. To get the moment of triumph you must find all the chest on one character not the collective Amount of chest found. If you can't find all five chests on one character than it could be glitches on that character but it should glitch your account.

You have to find all 20 with the same character. Finding all 20 between more than one character will not count. It will show the number for the character that had found the most chests.

This...The Triumphs shows the number of chests for the character that has found the most chests.

If I find 19 on one character, and 1 on another, the character that found 19 will *never* be able to find the 20th chest, and thus bugging out the requirement to get 20 golden chests, which is required for the Year 1 Triumphs.

That didn't happen to me. I would check all locations for the character that has 19.
