Thus why Trials is a joke. It should be 9 wins with no emphasis on "flawless". I feel really bad for the teams who were 8-0 legit and then be -blam!-ed over by shit like this.
Give an emblem for "Flawless" if it really means that much to people, but quit this obvious fail for people to win 9 times in a row to achieve equipment that should be available to everybody and shit like this would cease immediately.
We quit playing this garbage mode just a few weeks into it because of this bullshit.

I had a friend,who happens to be a streamer, not even in Trials, but a crucible match and there was a guy who was doing the same thing. My friend and his team were doing NLB kills only and I messaged the other team for them to see if they wanted to play along with NLB challenge, 1 was cool about and did it, 1 didn't respond and the last guy messaged me back telling me he was lag switching and to "gomd" if I was salty. (yes, I know what gomd means) Now, I reported the message to Xbox Live for him admitting he was cheating, but I still have figured out how to report it to Bungie....

My team just got screwed out of 9-0 because of this. Went for the ninth win anyways just to see what happened and we got it. Ended up 9-1 with no lighthouse all because of lag switch cheaters.

Yep, happened to me yesterday was going 6-0 with my team. Game 7 lagswitchers, game 8 another group of lagswitchers so we left round 2. Game 9 same group of lagswitchers we just left the match before. I was just hoping for 7 wins after the first 2 losses. But nope ended up going 6-3 in a hurry facing cheaters. Just makes you not want to play ToO.

Sorry to hear that man. I cant even imagine how I would react...i know it would not be beneficial for my controller, monitor or console...or my health for that matter...lol... Hopefully you reported the assholes (not that it seems to do much good considering some of these guys have been reported multiple times and still have active accounts)

I feel like they should have it so as long as you have 9 wins you can got to the lighthouse, 9 flawless wins gets you the emblem and shorten the amount of loses from 3 to 2

Agreed. I like that idea a lot and it would bring quite a few people back to Trials including our team. In fact, I would care to bet every page on my friends list would be populated with people playing Destiny again instead of just 6 people like it was when I checked 15 minutes ago.

Agree with you, you should only have to get 9 wins not go flawless. Flawless should only give you the exotic emblem and a higher chance at better gear. While 9 wins before 3 losses allows you to still go to the lighthouse but no exotic emblem.
