It's deff possible as a 33. My fire team and I ran it back before they nerfed the hell outta him. That was hard and it was 34 Poe and we were all 33. You should of seen the containment fields then. It was stupid hard. Just make sure you got a good shotti ascended preferably. And stick together. Youl be alright.

That's actually the very battle this post was referring to. This was posted back on June 1st when we first saw him as a level 34 boss.

You're right though... Those containment shields were insane. I remember we went through it like, "oh these are from the VoG. We know how to do this." Then proceeded to wipe 3 times confused as hell before we learned about the Eye

Ya we did same. We piped 3 or 4 times before we actually figured out the mechanics of it. And even when we beat it the round still took like an hour seemed like.
