Grab the chests on another character, this works for a lot of people

So, here's something interesting. On another character I now have 5/5 chests on the Cosmodrome. On my main I have 5/5 on the Moon, Venus, and Mars...but I still show only 19/20 on my account. :(

Then with your other character go get all the chests.

This did the trick. Once I got all of the chests (not just the missing ones, but all 20) on a different character I now see the circle completely filed out. It's going to constantly annoy me that my main character will forever show 4/5 on the Cosmodrome, but I suppose im just going to have to live with that. Thanks everyone for your help.
