This is honestly pretty stupid. I have the thorn however before I was perfectly capable of beating the Thorn with other weapons, Atheon's Epilogue, Hard Light, Matador 64 and Red Death. It is about your skill and it's very frustrating that people are hardcore raging and demanding a thorn nerf when honestly if you try a little harder you can actually do better than the kid using the thorn. In my opinion, most people want it nerfed because they don't have it and can't get the bounty for it. Seriously, stop complaining about hand cannons and get good!

You shouldn't have to strain yourself and try to get better just to match a thorn, and I'm sure half those guns you said were false. The problem is not hand cannons in general, it's specifically the thorn. Too many people are saying it needs a nerf for a reason dude, not because of jealousy, what kinda dumbass assumption is that. A buff to autos, slight buff to scouts, nerf to hand cannons range, and a nerf to thorn should balance it back out. Because as you can see, a lot of the player base is playing crucible with thorn, because it's so good obviously. So please stop defending thorn just because you have it.

There's no doubt it is a little overpowered but I get sat down in crucible with the last word and hawkmoon too, it's a little stupid people single out the thorn specifically. All hand cannons could use a change, but like I said it comes down to skill. I made a new character and did just as good in crucible with the shit auto rifle you get at the very beginning of the game as I do on my Hunter using the thorn. No lie.
