The "benefits" of having it will only really kick in after another couple years lol. So yes, only collectors who are planning on sticking with Destiny for a long time will get anything out of it :)

There will be no benefits of having it even years later for even then it still means nothing. This game is not hard to play, it does not require any high level of skill at all. so having ti means nothing now or later.
