Full auto slightly increases the fire rate (even though it doesn't indicate that it does). If it didn't have it you would fire slower and may not like it as much.

Or do you mean that when you unlock the perk it increases the fire rate?
-
I've tested it. It doesn't increase fire rate. I wish it did though
-
I should have worded that differently. It doesn't actually increase fire rate but it does guarantee you're firing at the maximum RoF at all times. I've noticed that, especially with higher RoF scouts like Deadshot and NL Shadow, keeping a constant max RoF while having to press the trigger is difficult. You end up pulling either too fast or too slow, both of which slow your optimal RoF. So it doesn't actually increase RoF but it does increase max RoF consistency.

Ah that's actually makes a lot of sense! Good point. I usually drop a shot every 6-7 shots or so from missing trigger timing.

Same here. Bought 2 Deadshot Lunas from Dead Orbit and rerolled one without full auto and I never use that one. It's just not the same. Even if you time it as well as you can, a fraction of a second too fast on a pull could cost you time between shots. Which is made even more noticeable in high stress situations where every shot counts.
