Anyone with over 3500 Grimoire should have this. I didn't have to do a thing. Unfortunately, I can't even sign in to Destiny right now because PSN is a dumpster fire. I've really gotta get on Xbox before the holiday season, I just know they're going to have issues with overloading servers during the holidays.

Um I'm not over 3500 and I've done more hard Raids then most people who have more grimore then I do. I just don't like pvp
