"With others I come, but weaker than I" the PoE chest is next to 2 smaller chest "Payment is needed for my services" treasure key "While others give chance I am mere opportunity" if you have a treasure key it's opportunity, if you don't it's chance you get one from the smaller chest "Find me for which glory you seek, sometimes a blessing or maybe a curse" you either get crap or you get something great from it.

Only thing you got wrong, it's opportunity because you get something good almost always while every other chest you only have a chance to get good stuff.
