Trolls clearly don't like lights, Serious players have around 180 legendary iteams to accend in a dlc that only had a 3month play time before the next light level and that's not including weapons people wanted to try before scrapping

Well you do earn it from poe 34 and 35 if you are a pve player. And you earn it from IB and too if you like pvp.
