Usually when mail is 'Tendered to a military agent,' it is warehoused in a secure facility such as an airport.
You may want to check the [url=http://about.usps.com/news/service-alerts/welcome.htm][b]USPS Service alerts[/b][/url] to see if anything is causing you package to be temporarily warehoused; this page also has their contact information, they are the people you will need to contact going forward.
