I'd say so, but only because they now have no rights to it anymore.

Game exclusives are not the same as gear or weapon exclusives especially since these timed exclusives are for an entire year

lol yes they are and acutely are probably more detrimental to the company, When the game is offered for both consoles not only due you have more people buying the game buy you also have more people buying additional copies of the game ,one fore each system. In the end these timed exclusive have very little impact.
