Every Raid/Light increase needs its won patrol level.
So Story Zone would be the Level 1-20 guys.
Pre VoG hard but after story 20-26
Post VoG Hard 26 -29
Post CE Hard 29 - 32
Post PoE 32-34
Then rising up again for TTK and its expansions.
