I know it's not just the debuff it's the fact that we have no revive point even after completing the activity i'm mad about. It's just a large lack of testing their product much like the last 2 raids. I find it funny that you can't join a completed POE yet I had a player join just as Crota was dying in hard mode and still received full loot for simply joining the fire team at the right time. Seems like a double standard.

Oh, I totally agree. It seems like too harsh of a measure to correct a flaw they're not bothering to correct anywhere else. I don't really know, but I would think it would be easy for the game to be able to distinguish a just-joined member from a player who had been in the instance the whole time. I only lost an armor core and some rep, but I'd be fuming if I had just finished Skolas and gotten nothing from it. I feel you.
