You need to kill 3 enemies with a machine gun WITHOUT reloading or switching weapons. Or dying (obviously). hope this helps

It does not help unfortunately. As I put in the edit above, I even get the Machine lord medal to pop but it does not give me the spree I would say about 75% of the time.

That is weird, it happened to me when iron banner was glitching like crazy at the start, but haven't a problem since wednesday
