Can you not get final round anymore anywhere?? I've got a spear with it but I'm just wondering?

Cool hay, i dont have spear but i got LDR i didt even know it had final round, i was about to brake it down, lucky i checked

No they removed it from new weapons only old efrideets can be rolled for it
