Its actually very dissapointing. It cant even drop a lvl 34 yellow. Having 4 shots to spread around is far better.

A 34 major with arc/void shields though? Or just any major? I've heard many people say that you need to pop the shields off then it can OHK any major now. Even a Nova Bomb against a major with full arc/solar shields will not always kill with the initial impact.

Im actually talking about servitors. I also was hyped to shoot a boss, i did a poe run on 32 last week. The hive boss in room 4 (i cant remember the name ) only took 6000 and some change damage. So lackluster. My black hammer was hitting the crit for 3500 x 3.

Okay well it's STILL not meant to be a boss killer. No Super is. They're meant to just be heavy attacks for either a large number of enemies, or strong majors. GG has always been just fine at clearing waves when Combustion is active, and now with 1 heavy shot you can definitely knock out a major as long as you're mindful of the shields. Expecting GG to do some absurd amount of damage to an actual boss is a bit naive.
