Why don't you just use a Thorn too?
I'm one of the worst PvP players, by choice of course, and I have one so they are super easy to get. I don't think I've played more than a few dozen matches since day one.

I don't use it too because I don't want to spread the thorn disease that currently killing the crucible right now. I mostly use red death and last word but those only go so far compared to thorn.
