I'm thinking the same thing. I just picked another one up a couple nights ago. I remember it doing most things well, so I'm leveling it up now. By the time I get it maxed I'll know if I want to ascend it or not. Good post

How to you get it? That and the praetorian are last vog weapons i need and I know where to get preatorian, but what about the hezen? I can't find a single vid i swear.

Hezen = Carpet Bomb lol. I had 1 etheric and didnt know what to use it on. Just thought i would go for something different

Wrong way to think about it. (Carpet Bomb) What makes HV so cool is its a "cluster rocket" as opposed to "cluster bomb" Much like a shotgun effect - only in rockets. :)
