I'd more propose a fourth type of energy besides Void, Arc, or Solar. That way each class could have a subclass based on it. Possibilities might include ice, radiation, toxin, or earth. A radioactive warlock, maybe? A titan that causes earthquakes or avalanches? Or maybe a hunter whose every attack drips deadly venom.
