I don't think the 40 for the DLC is a bad price. I do think it should be the same price equivalent for the folks over seas though. Not this jacked up price they currently have to pay.

Unfortunately it's pretty common. Apple typically does the same thing with their products as well. It's not like bungie/activision are the first and last. That's the beauty of capitalism, if you as the consumer do not feel the value is there for the price all you have to do is not buy it.

I'm not saying it's the first and it doesn't make it right. It doesn't affect me either way as I live in the States. I just think it's value should be the same across the board.
