Bro, if it we're me, assuming you two see each other on a daily basis. I'd give it another go. Wait a week or so, strike up another conversation wait until things seems to be in a good spot then say something like " we should get together and hang out sometime" if you get another "maybe" I'd probably move on. If you get a more favorable response than take her out but remember movies make for horrible dates. Don't take her out for dinner either. Movies are spent in the dark in silence, the goal is to communicate and get to know each other not sit in silence. Dinner, on the other hand is spent with your mouths full of food... More silence lol and more of an opportunity to embarrass yourself or vica versa.
