You are correct, and I did make mention of that point. What I was attempting to get across is how even though the quest gets downloaded with the rest of the dlc, unless I adhere to the restrictions of their contract with Red Bull/7-11, content which is part of what I purchase is locked out from me until a further date. Granted, this is an extremely common practice in video games where extra content is part of a game you purchase but is locked out because you didn't buy a certain edition, pre order from a certain retailer, or in this case, buy a certain product. So, yes, I will wait for the content. It will eventually come my way. Had this been the only err in the promotion for "The Taken King", it would have been easier for me to let it go. Instead, for me, it has been another issue in a relatively short but disappointing list of bungles.
