It's possible he could've survived, we didn't see him take any lethal cuts from a saber. But he did get thrown off a tall ass building. If Boba Fett can survive that big ass monster, i dont see why Mace can't survive being thrown off a building

Also if he wasn't incapacitated by having a limb cut of and shocked with force lightning, he could've manipulated his fall (like Anakin did in Ep. 2) to land somewhere safer

Yep. And it's Mace. If the one general in Force Unleashed 2 could crash in a ship onto a planet and walk away with no vision then Mace could definitly one up him.
