You can still roll the old felwinters lie to have shot package and rangefinder right? I know the new ones can't get rangefinder.
I have the old felwinters with the base stats it came with from Iron Banner, never rerolled it. So it doesn't have shot package.
I voted party crasher because the fire rate is a little higher but the impact and range are the same.

It can't drop hammer forged and shot package on the same gun also on the new ones you can't roll hammer forged instead you have to hope for rifled barrel which has a similar range boost but slows reload because logic?? Hope this helped
