It's a fictional ( it doesn't exist in real life ) animal.

There is another hunter with binoculars right beside the first hunter. In the background there a ship and a storm trooper looking dude. It's a white cat, head and ears looks like a Lynx. Stripes like a tiger on the face, spots like a leopard on its neck and body.
