No. No trading.
I think if you are in a raid group that finishes a raid, prior to leaving the instance, you should have a set amount of time in which you can trade with people in your group for rewards that dropped during the raid. Once you leave the instance, the window has closed.
Other than that, no trading.

I've always thought that they should implement that, kind of like a "need,greed,want" system.

Yep, exactly. It's the only way I'd support it, and I think it's the only way it would work.
