Hey Ryu. Do you have the emblems/ shaders available in your special orders as well as the postmaster?

Yes I actually do

As long as they are available in the special orders, delete any ones you have redeemed on your character(s) and re-obtain them from the postmaster. Sometimes you will have to obtain them multiple times until they stop appearing in the postmasters inventory. The special orders vendor is where these emblems are supposed to appear, these are permanently there and will not expire, you can obtain these as many times as you want.
