Let me get this straight buying both expansions with the ghost edition and buying them again in the taken king collectors isn't the same thing? So what you are saying is that those 190 extra bucks I paid for the ghost edition were just for the ghost and a book? Man you guys are idiots that's why bungie doesn't care. That's why they are ramming that thing up yours all then can. Because they can and you won't complain.

No, you're just unable to understand the breakdown of products. If you want to get an art book and a plastic special coin, then yes, you can purchase all the content again. That's on you, and if you enjoy having "that thing rammed up yours", go for it. You don't have to repurchase anything. And frankly, if you buy the TTK CE, then you're paying the $40 for TTK, $20 for the digital flufff, and another $20 for the physical bonuses. You're the sheep helping to propagate the pre-order insanity that is going on, to then complain about that is completely asinine.

The season pass and original game had higher value then, by the time TTK rolls out they will be pretty much useless. They are literally charging $20 to get the original game and both expansions since you can buy TTK for $40 and the other stuff for $20. You paid premium price to get it right away. You got what you agreed to pay for. Now they have a new bundle appealing to new players and you are upset because you want it but don't want to buy it. They are a business they see what the market will pay for how much they are supplying. If they only are making 100k copies of collectors edition then they need to have a higher price so that demand doesn't way outweigh supply because they are losing potential money then. They want demand=supply which if you have a limited supply means you raise the price of the item which lowers the demand to match supply
